We extend a guarantee covering all manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. This warranty entitles you to claim for the repair of all production defects arising during the period of warranty, on condition that they are communicated without delay. Please note that your international LOUIS ERARD warranty is only valid if it is accompanied by the warranty registration card. This warranty registration card must be completed in every part and signed by the authorised LOUIS ERARD retailer where you bought your watch.
Our warranty does not cover the crystal, leather strap, PVD coating, battery of quartz movements or any damage caused by inappropriate use, such as sharp knocks, extreme heat or cold or strong magnetic fields. Any repair or maintenance work carried out by unauthorized persons shall also automatically make this warranty null and void.
Your watch is guaranteed to be waterproof for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase, on condition that the crystal, bezel, case and crown are all undamaged.
Your attention is drawn expressly to the fact that Louis Erard watches are not suitable for use while practising extreme sports (such as diving, surfing, etc.).
