INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

We extend a guarantee covering all manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. This warranty entitles you to claim for the repair of all production defects arising during the period of warranty, on condition that they are communicated without delay. Please note that your international LOUIS ERARD warranty is only valid if it is accompanied by the warranty registration card. This warranty registration card must be completed in every part and signed by the authorised LOUIS ERARD retailer where you bought your watch.

WHEN TO SERVICE YOUR WATCH?

It is advisable to carry out a full service at an authorized LOUIS ERARD service center once every 5 years.

We also recommend that you have the water-resistance of your watch checked once a year.

Please note the service frequency also depends on the climate and your own individual care of the watch.
